A Snapshot of Your Day Join our civil works team and take the lead in making sure every detail at our Castellón and Alcudia sites runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work side-by-side with civil field engineers, attend meetings with customers and contractors, and keep the Civil Project Manager updated on all critical issues. Your day will include hands-on site visits, solving challenges as they arise, and preparing clear weekly and monthly reports. How You’ll Make an Impact Coordinate civil site team activities and ensure effective collaboration with customers and contractors. Monitor project schedule, track progress, and implement corrective actions when needed. Support CFEs to ensure contractor compliance with technical specs, QA/QC, HSE, and timelines. Oversee subcontractor certifications, field quality plans, constructability reviews, and NCR follow-up. Provide regular reporting to the General Site Manager and Civil PM on HSE, quality, progress, risks, and contractor performance. Contribute to site reporting and help resolve construction issues while ensuring adherence to HSE policies and standards. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of technical experience in civil construction and HSE, including earthworks, foundations, and prefabricated buildings. Minimum 3 years of experience managing subcontractors and customers in a construction environment. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English. Willingness to travel to sites within Spain every other week. Nice to have: Experience with BIM.
