About The Völkers House The Völkers House is a new hospitality concept created by Christian and Ninon Völkers. Born from decades of welcoming friends and family to their private home in Mallorca, it translates a personal idea of hospitality into something larger – an estate where architecture, landscape and service form a single experience. Set across 61 acres in southeast Mallorca and designed by architect Richard Meier, the estate brings together fifteen suites, two private villas, an equestrian centre with nearly 100 horses, and a full-size polo field. Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at The Völkers House. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest space reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and villas to the highest luxury standards Ensure all rooms are presented impeccably, paying close attention to detail and aesthetics Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies in line with hotel standards Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Follow daily room assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries and storage areas Support turndown service when required, ensuring a refined evening experience Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and respect for privacy Collaborate closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations Requirements Previous experience in Housekeeping or a similar role within hospitality Experience in luxury or boutique properties is an advantage Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks Due to the location of the property, a valid driving license and own vehicle are an advantage What we offer Competitive salary package. 25 days of annual leave.
