We're looking for a Business Finance Project Leader to join our Business Performance & Data Management Office in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).
This is more than a project management role.
You'll be at the intersection of Business, Finance, Data and Technology, leading high-impact transformation initiatives that improve how decisions are made across the Group. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll transform business challenges into scalable analytical solutions, helping shape the future of our reporting, planning and performance management capabilities.

What you'll do
Drive business transformation
• Partner with Finance and Business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges.
• Transform business needs into innovative analytical solutions together with our Business Intelligence and Data teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting and enable smarter decision-making through data.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our analytical ecosystem.
Lead strategic projects
• Manage cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success metrics.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Business, IT, Data and external partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business goals.
Build data-driven solutions
• Lead initiatives focused on integrating financial and business data across multiple companies and systems.
• Support the design of scalable business data models for reporting, planning and performance management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate delivered solutions from a business perspective.
Improve business performance
• Support the implementation of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management solutions.
• Help define KPIs, business metrics and analytical models.
• Ensure new solutions deliver measurable business value and drive user adoption.
Connect people and ideas
• Act as the bridge between Business, Finance, IT, Data teams and Country Organizations.
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders and build consensus across different functions.
• Present project progress, recommendations and key decisions to senior management.
Support international growth
• Participate in the integration of newly acquired companies.
• Help incorporate new businesses into the Group's reporting and analytical environment.
• Ensure consistent financial structures and reporting standards across the organization.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and turning ideas into practical solutions.
You'll likely have:
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, finance or analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting and business performance management.
• Experience translating business requirements into digital or analytical solutions.
• Understanding of data integration and business data modelling concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in international environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
It would be a plus if you've worked on:
• ERP implementations
• Business Intelligence or Data Analytics initiatives
• M&A integration projects
• Corporate transformation programmes
