We are looking for a Human Resources trainee to join our People and Organization team in our Bolton Food Spain Business Unit based in O’Grove. How you make the difference: As a Human Resources Trainee, you will work closely with the Senior P&O Manager, supporting the daily delivery of HR services while gaining hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting key people initiatives that help drive business success. During the internship, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of P&O areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organizational Design, Internal Communication, and Industrial Relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced professionals and actively contributing to impactful projects and initiatives. How your agenda looks like: Support Employee Administration. Contribute to Talent Acquisition. Assist with Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. Support HR Reporting and Continuous Improvement. Your team: Integrated within the People and Organization team in O’Grove Plant, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager. What makes you a great fit: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English. Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and eagerness to develop a career in Human Resources.
