Join the Team at Monahan’s Irish Bar, Sabinillas Part-Time Barperson Required 3 Nights Per Week | 6:00pm – Close (approximately 1:00am) Monahan’s Irish Bar is a warm, friendly and lively traditional Irish pub in the heart of Sabinillas. We’re known for serving one of the best pints of Guinness on the Costa del Sol, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where locals, expats and holidaymakers all feel at home. Our customers enjoy live music, karaoke, bingo, quizzes and major sporting events, making every night different. We pride ourselves on treating our customers like friends and creating an enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our bar team, you will: ·Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. ·Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. ·Maintain high standards of cleanliness behind the bar and throughout your shift. ·Handle cash and card payments accurately. ·Restock fridges and bar supplies as required. ·Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service. ·Help create the relaxed, fun atmosphere Monahan’s is known for. ·Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene procedures. ·Assist with closing duties at the end of the night. We’re Looking For Someone Who: ·Has previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential). ·Speaks fluent English. Basic Spanish is an advantage. ·Is friendly, reliable and enjoys working with people. ·Can work well as part of a small team. ·Remains calm and organised during busy evenings. ·Is punctual, honest and takes pride in their work. ·Has the legal right to work in Spain.
