ABOUT THIS ROLE
The New Accounts Analyst plays a key role in facilitating the onboarding process for new agents of our company. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Compliance, and Credit departments, this position ensures that all submitted documentation is processed efficiently and meets fit and proper standards. The role supports Sales teams in reaching their monthly targets while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies as well as local and central regulations. Additionally, the analyst will provide training, regulatory updates, and participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks across European teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review of documentation provided by the sales teams on AOB platform, in accordance with the Due Diligence procedure and be sure that all the information is correct to send every application to the regulator.
• Liaise with the sales team by providing the necessary support to achieve the highest number of registrations in quick, systematic and accurate procedure that implies local and central reviewing departments ( Compliance, New Accounts, Credit).
• Applying filters for potential clients (Agents):
• Credit analysis: filter to verify that the potential customer is debt free.
• Internal verification on our databases to avoid on boarding previous debtor agents, or that had other type of issues.
• Trainings with sales representatives.
• Set up and configuration of agents when process is finished.
• Coordinate closings of month with local sales managers, taking into consideration that we provide help until the end of the month.
• Serve as back up for local new accounts department in case of vacation, sickness or when the situation requires our help.
• Creation of guides and manuals that will be used by local teams when new members of sales or new accounts are on-boarded.
• Reporting all levels (local and management) to share the status of the recruitment and performance of local teams.
• Engage in projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks to improve departmental processes.
Use of tools:
• AOB database through which the documentation is submitted to start the registration process.
• Fx Client
• Google Earth to check the distance between the agents and the prospect.
• Excel, Adobe PDF Creator, Power Point, Others.
